Research: to better understand the stories of the people and systems you want to change.

Arranging meetings with decision makers: to help you to build mutual understanding and areas you can work together on.
Preparing to meet decision makers: to ensure you make the most of your time together.
Facilitating meetings: to help you be able to focus on the meeting by offering support such as to chair the meeting or take notes of the action points.
We can provide you with tailored training and mentoring support to ensure that you and your wider community feel confident and equiped to keep revising your strategy, so the systems around you keep improving.
